    Hey Crisis,  You know you've been smashing it recently as an active member within the community! All and all, this is a very detailed and well thought out staff app, very well done. I'd rank you a solid 7 Ham cheese sandwiches from Subway out of 10.

    Hey Crisis mate, Good to see a re-appliance after taking sometime to improve how you have presented yourself on the server! I have noticed and others surely have that you have joined ARC and have been going Prosciutto di San Daniele ham in there which in my opinion at least, is 100% a step in the right direction to demonstrate your determination torwards your goals. I have noticed your activity is fairly decent as well with a few spikes but that's alright. You have been Officer before which is nice however, I do notice that you have had a leadership position in a short time as 91st 2IC it's better then no Leadership roles and thats really what I lookout for so on that sort of behalf that's good :).  Just in this scenario above it would be a little more optimal if you tried talking to the person abusing their perms and then followed with that conversation talking them out of it etc. Then if they showed no care to you or even they might have you could add that to the evidence of them either recognising their mistake or toxicity.     For this scenario above it can also be super handy on Clipping scenarios like this so Senior Staff do know that you have done the right thing on banning them or if you have gone way out of hand without realising.   And then for your first scenario this is like a major nitpick from me however we like to format our warns a little nicely with "Player Disrespect" or sometimes with "Player Dis" ( no double S man 😞 ) Overall this is what I have noticed from a first glance at your application as a whole I am sure other moderators might dig up something that you can work on but Best of luck Crisis with the new TMod Application I have seen major improvements all around just time to make these adjustments. What are your intentions with the staffing role and it's in-game abilities and power?: This is my second time applying for the staff team and my reason for applying remains the same. I want to be able to better the GG community and improve the playing experience for all players. My intentions with the staffing power coincide with my desire to become staff, I will only ever use the power the roles of staff give me to better players time on the server, weather this is through dealing with unwanted players/player actions or just dealing with mundane task i.e: tool tickets, Rp related things.  In a minimum of 50 words, express if and / or how you enjoy helping others? Also include how this will transfer into the staffing role if achieved: I enjoy helping players by being someone they can look up to and ask for support. I like being around to assist players when they are struggling and when they have questions to ask. Being a help to players gives me a genuine sense of happiness by knowing I potentially made a player/s day better by being there to help. The way all this transfers into the staffing roles is simply by being more capable of helping/assisting players, Being staff gives me the ability to help players in new ways in a more official capacity.   In a minimum of 50 words, if given a trial phase, how will you impact the community and what benefits will you bring to the staff team?: If I was given the opportunity to become a trial staff I would try to leave a lasting positive impact on the community and staff team by being a fair, understanding and reasonable staff member. People greatly appreciate having a staff member they know and trust take their ticket. People also value having a staff member that will take an unbiased approach to staff tickets while being helpful to both sides, and I feel like I can give this to players and better the experience of the server and uphold the reputation of the staff team.   Conditions: Do you understand that as a member of the Staff Team, your position may be subject to change and / or termination should you not be performing to a given standard? This standard is varied, although a minimum of 20 hours per week is strongly advised. Do you understand that your application’s comments from other staff members are encouraged to be directed as harsh constructive criticism only and should never be intended to insult or discourage? Yes I understand. Scenarios:   A user is RDMing and insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do? The first course of action is to remove the players ability to continue to RDM and insult other players, To do this I would first grab the steamID of the player through the logs using the “/logs” command, I would navigate to the combat logs section and click on the players most recent RDM, Doing that will give me the option to grab the steamID. Once this has been done and I have the players steamID I would employ the command “!sitbring (SteamID)” This would bring the player to a sit room and strip them, Preventing them from killing me when I use the command “!goto (SteamID of the player)”. After bringing myself to the player in the sit room, I would begin asking them questions about why they decided to RDM players and insult them. While doing this I would go through logs using “!logs” and check how many players he had killed in total, Noting this number down. After going through the amount of players he had killed I would then check if the player has any other active warns/bans using the “!warns” command and clicking on their name. In the situation they have any active warnings; I would first inform the player that they will be receiving a 3 day ban for RDM and player diss. Once they have been informed I would use their steamID to do the command “!warn (SteamID) RDM | Player Disrespect | (3 Day Ban)” and then directly after “!ban (SteamID) 3d RDM | Player Disrespect”   In the situation where they have an active ban: I would inform the player that due to their prior active bans, They will be receiving a 5 day ban for RDM and player diss. Once they have been told of this, I would use their steamID to follow through with the bad, Using the command “!ban (SteamID) 7d RDM | Player Diss” and then after “!warn (SteamID) RDM | Player Diss | (7 Day Ban)”.   A user has contested a warn you have given him and proceeds to verbally abuse you, what do you do? The first thing I would do in this situation would be to remove the player from the general population of the server, I would do this by “!sit ” to bring myself to a sit room, then doing the command “!steamID (Name)” to grab their steamID, followed by the command “!bring (SteamID)” to bring them to the sit room with myself in it. After bringing the player to the sit room I would begin to inquire about what problems they have with the formal warn they received from me. After hearing them out and attempting to try any dispel the problem I would direct them to the forum if they would like to put in a formal complaint about the warn they have received. In the event that the player continues to verbally abuse me during the sit: I would gag the player with the command “!gag @ 30m”.     Depending on the severity of the verbal abuse the player would either receive a verbal or formal warning. In the event that the verbal abuse has been deemed severe enough: I would begin to inform the player about how verbal abuse is not tolerated on the server. After they have been informed about the servers position on verbal abuse I would then inform them that they will be receiving a formal warning and a 5 day ban, Then using the command “!ban (SteamID) 5d Staff Disrespect” then straight after the command “!warn (SteamID) Staff Disrespect | (5d Ban)”. In the event that the verbal abuse has been deemed not severe enough: I would respectfully inform them that while I can understand their discontent they should think about how their words can affect people's feelings. After doing so I would let them know they will be receiving a verbal warn, and make sure to clarify that this will not be going onto their warn list but instead be a note attached to their profile. After informing them about this I would access logs through the command “!logs” and Search up their profile through the search system in B-logs, once finding their profile I would leave a note reading along the lines of “Player was contesting a prior warning they had received from Crisis, Said player had also heard verbal abuse at Crisis, however this verbal abuse was not deemed severe enough to receive a formal warning. Player has been told to think about what they say and how it affects people's feelings.” I would then post in the staff discord, informing the other staff about the verbal warning. A user has threatened to DDos and take down the server. What do you do? As a staff member, all DDos threats should be taken very seriously. The first course of action I would take would be to grab the individual's steamID through the command “!steamID (Name)” and then immediately go through the process of removing them from the server. The fist command I would use is the ban command “!ban (SteamID) 13D DDOS Threat” I would also clip/screenshot the threats of DDOS as well as me banning the player so I can send it to the senior staff later on  .I After removing the player from the server I would inform a member of the senior staff team about the situation, Handing the players steamID to them and leaving the situation to them to deal with.   A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? The first thing I would do in this situation is to try and gauge if the argument is happening in RP or not, depending on which it is, the way I handle the situation would be different. If the argument is in RP: I would try and handle the situation in RP, Trying to get them to have their argument somewhere else or give up on the conversation while continuing to monitor the argument to make sure it doesn't get anymore heated. If the argument continues to progress in a negative direction I would handle it if it was not a rp situation. If the argument was not in RP: I would first Separate the two individuals away from each other, I would do this by bringing one of the individuals to a sit room. I would first bring myself to a sit room with the command “!sit” to bring myself to a sit room then followed up by the command “!bring (Name)” of one of the players having the argument. I would then begin talking to the individual about how they should not be having an argument in a public space and should instead take the argument to DM’s while trying to be as respectful as possible. I would also offer my ear to the person if they wish for any assistance in solving the argument. After offering my services and telling them to take it to DM’s I would “!return @” the player. I would then “!bring (name)” the other player and repeat my words to them as well. Telling them to take their argument to DM’s while being respectful to the other party. If they continue to argue in game and it reaches the point of verbal abuse, I would bring them both back to the sit room with the command “!sitbring (name)” and then gag them both with the command “!gag @ 10m”. I would then inform them both that verbal abuse is not accepted on the server and (Depending if they have active warns/bans) the will be receiving either a formal warning or a ban. If they have an active warn: I would inform them both that they will both receive a ban for verbal abuse. I would grab their steamID with “!steamID @” then I would then type out the command “!ban (SteamID) 3d Verbal Abuse” then then command “!warn (steamID) Verbal Abuse | (3d ban)”.  If they don't have any active warns: I would inform both individuals that they will be receiving a formal warning for verbal abuse, I would then issue this warn with the command “!warn (steamID) Verbal Abuse” to both the individuals in the sit room. I would then give them a final warning to not continue their argument in game and “!sitreturn @” them both. After returning them from the sit room I would continue to watch them in spectator with the command “!spectate (steamID)” to make sure they don't continue with the argument. If they continue to argue I would bring them both back to the sit room and follow through the scenario if they already had an active warn.    A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He doesn't appear to have any intent to role play. What do you do? The first thing I would do is to bring the cadet room back to the cadet room and inform them that I will be getting them a trainer soon. After telling them this I would put in the chat “// REQUESTING A SGT+ TO THE CADET ROOM, IF NO ONE STEP UP I WILL BE PICKING SOMEONE UP AT RANDOM” if anyone does does step up to train the cadet I would “!bring (name)” the player to train the cadet. If no one steps up I would look through the tab menu to find a SGT+ at random and then “!bring (name)” to get them to the cadet room. After “!bring (name)” the SGT+ to the cadet room I will spectate the cadet training to ensure the cadet both behaves, and is being trained well. If the cadet starts to display NITRP, I would first “!sit”, to bring myself to a sit room, then “!steamID (name / @)” the cadet to get their steam ID, and then “!bring (steamID)”, to bring them to the sit room and inform them that they need to start taking things seriously or they will be kicked. After this “!return (SteamID / @)” to return the cadet, and then sending “!p (name)” to the trainer to inform them of where the cadet went. If the behavior stops I would let the trainer continue with the cadet training.  If the behavior continues I would “!sit” to bring myself to the sit room again and follow that up by “!bring (SteamID)” the cadet, then informing the cadet that they will be kicked for having no intent to role play I would then use the command “!kick (steamID) NITRP | Rejoin the server when you are ready to be trained”. After doing so I would “!goto (Name)” to bring myself to the trainers and then inform them of the cadet being kicked. If the cadet does join back and they continue to exhibit unwanted behavior their punishment will be updated to a warn, I would do this as the command “!warn (steamID) NITRP”. Of course before I issue their warn I will let the cadet know why they will be receiving a warn. If they still then continue to misbehave their punishment Will be moved up to a 3 day ban. After informing them of such I would use the command “!ban (steamID) 3d NITRP” and then ban them. You notice a staff member abusing their permissions within the server. What do you do?   The first Thing I would do Is to take evidence of their staff abuse. This could be either with screenshotting or screen recording, I would also collect any info I could get from “/logs”. After collecting all the information I can. I would then try and talk to the said staff member to try and understand why they had abused their perms, Just to try and get a general idea of the situation before anything being sent to the management.  After speaking to the staff member if they show no signs of being regretful about their abuse or if they did it mistakenly I would send the evidence to management with a message letting the managers know that it was an honest mistake. If they however showed that they abused their perms and did not care about their abuse I would still forward all the information to management as well as a message letting them know about their attitude towards the abuse.   You get a report about a player abusing their tools and prop killing. What do you do?   The first thing I would do is verify the claims of tool abuse /prop killing, I would do this by looking through logs with the command “!logs”, I would search up the players name/steamID in the logs and look through anything associated with their name to double check to see if they have indeed been abusing their tools and prop killing.   The Next thing I would do is go through the warn history of the person with the command “!warns” If in this case, this is his first warn for tool abuse, I would first “!sit” to bring myself to the sit room then use the command “!bring (steamID)” to bring him to the sit and explain the situation, I would explain that he had been using his tools for inappropriate reasons and that he will be receiving a warn and tool blacklist. I would then do “!warn (steamID) Tool Abuse | Prop Killing | (5w Tool Ban)” If in the event that it will not be his first Warn for tool abuse and/or he was prop abusing/killing with inappropriate intent, his punishment will be upgraded. I would “!sitbring (steamID)” the person and explain the situation and his punishment, I would then issue them their warn and ban. I would give them a warn with “!warn (steamID) Tool Abuse | Prop Killing | (5D Ban) (1 Week Tool Ban)” And then ban with “!ban (steamID) 5d Tool Abuse | Prop Killing (1 Week Tool Ban)”. After all situations I would provide a message in the staff discord letting other staff know about the tool ban and attach a note to his profile in “!logs”
