Hello guppy Greatly appreciate the feedback, I have taken all that you have said and tried to improve upon my application with your feedback in mind. I will try and clarify some things. - In regards to the "notes" I mentioned a few times. There is a function in B-logs where you can attach a personal note to a users log profile, This note then can be views by yourself whenever you click on their profile. I was under the assumption that it was not a "personal" note but instead a "public" note that could be seen by anyone that clicks on that users profile. I have removed the sections where it was mentioned as I verified that these notes can only be seen by the person who placed the note. -In regards to the sections where you have suggested a change, I have added that changed, Your insight to how situations should be handled as been very eye opening.  

Whats good Crisis i'm going to go over your application today: Previous/Current Ranks - You've reached the rank of captain/ensign before which isn't bad all Time - Got just over 40days as well which is pretty good Warnings - No active or previous warnings love to see it Questions - Going to start off by saying terrible colour choice, and move onto saying the questions aren't bad all above word requirements, no AI and give clear reasoning. Scenarios -  Situations #1 1. Would highly suggest for situations involving active rule-breaking you goto to check on what is happening, so you can see it with your own two eyes 2. you've warned him for player dis but how do you know they've done player dis, you've only checked logs you haven't spoken to the reported which is usually the goto for reports 3. Sitbring brings them in front of you and strips and freezes them doesn't bring them to the sitroom so, wrong order for that one (nitpick tho) Situations #2 1. Straight to a 5d ban because someone insulted you is a little extreme when in the last situation, for a guy killing someone and insulting someone you only did 3 days 2. I'm confused where you're leaving this "note" on the player 3. In this situation I would highly suggest trying to de-escalate the situation first instead of going straight to verbal warning and formal warnings(although it isn't wrong) 4. Would also suggest to help de-escalate asking another staff member to take it, they're obviously not happy with how you've dealt with it (even if it was perfect) tends to be better to pass it off to a higher up Situations #3 1. Short and simple easy enough, only thing to comment on is 13 is a really weird number to pick and would just recommend a 3d or something normal Situations #4 1. first with the it being in RP, and just watching it, two things in the situation you've got to look at 1. we know its getting heated not a good sign and 2. its in front of debrief not good as well, when taking these into account I wouldn't just watch as it goes 2. say it every app and say it again, telling the people arguing to "take it to DMs" isn't helping the situation its moving the situation to behind close doors and ignoring it, attempt to listen, figuring it out and see if you can help, if you can't help you can't help but we as staff are here to help. (I Know you wrote " would also offer my ear to the person if they wish for any assistance in solving the argument." this is very vague and unhelpful tho after telling someone to not to it on the server instead fight in DMs) 3. Another pretty harsh punishment, depending on the situation going straight to a 3d ban imo 4. I also suggest getting another staff member involved would help be able to talk to them at once instead of one at a time Situations #5 No issues here from my skim Situations #6 1. Never speak to the staff member abusing, in a situation where someone was abusing their staff powers and another staff member comes up and goes "hey what was that" or anything near that about me abusing, 9/10 they would start to go no hold backs, banning people etc at they know its over 2. Following on that, always contact higher ups straight away don't try to take matters into your own hands Situation #7 1. I'm not sure if this is a typo by a 5w tool ban is hella long for no reason 2. this is a another situation where I suggest noclip flying to the person and watching, prop abuse tickets are the easiest to see and act on. 3. Another one of the profile notes I'm not quite understanding Personality/Presence - Overall you ain't a bad guy, seen you on the server, you've done quite a bit, had a rocky patch a while ago but haven't seen it in ages.  For the reason stated above I'm going to be giving you -1 TBH I don't think you would be a terrible staff member, but there is a lot that can be fixed about the app, and before I see that to get a better understanding of your thought process I can't +1 -From A Random Guppy

Hey Crisis,  You know you've been smashing it recently as an active member within the community! All and all, this is a very detailed and well thought out staff app, very well done. I'd rank you a solid 7 Ham cheese sandwiches from Subway out of 10. 

I have edited my application to reflect the changes you wished to see. All the things you have bough up should be somewhat/outright fixed.
