Something about dem rocks shows a great friendship!I would like to clarify my concerns regarding the use of C4 within the current situation. Based on my observations, there appears to be minimal roleplay associated with its deployment. Additionally, I find it perplexing that individuals are distributing C4 among one another. It is more appropriate to equip oneself with items that align with one's designated role. For instance, a demolition expert would be a suitable recipient, whereas personnel from the 703rd, which I understand to be a jetpack regiment, may not find this equipment relevant to their kit. This discrepancy raises questions about fairness and the potential to gain an undue advantage in gameplay. Lastly, I would like to emphasize that if roleplay is focused on using explosives against others where it doesn't make sense, we should prepare for a similar level of roleplay in terms of consequences, as reviving said individuals the role play will not be as emphasised. Marcus called a sit on Durian I don't think they are mates by any means. I would like to raise a question regarding the ongoing recruitment process for the moderation team. It appears that there may be some major gaps in understanding the server rules among current moderator members. Would it be possible to pause the recruitment until all team members have completed a thorough training refresh? Thank you for considering this suggestion. Kind regards, I will only follow the rules put on by a certain individual.Yes I am CO of CS, No I was not helping them, I grabbed the person and released him, anyone could of done that, but I did it.⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ # ... For 20 years Robert served the Republic Army with honour and glory, and was a renowned human trooper for the Republic Army, successfully completing a humanitarian mission on Naboo with his squad, peacekeeping missions on Coruscant and Covert Work on Kashykk, and earning a promotion to Sergeant at age 50, an unusual feat. Unfortunately, as he grew older, he was passed up for Clones, and younger human conscripts, as such the Republic Army didn't know what to do with Pattison, as at this point, he was 60, slightly deaf and was heavily scarred on his chest from his missions. High Command was considering an early retirement by force, but they had a more important matter, mainly the CIS rising up and rebelling. At this point for a year Pattison was in limbo, relegated to admin duties for the Republic Army, and neither he nor High Command thought that was a suitable place. So, a compromise was made. He would spend 6 months Training in Naval Tactics, Combat and Command, and if deemed competent, would join the Navy with a full rank transfer. Pattison was a patriot for the Republic, and even if he didn't respect the Navy, he was going to suck it up, for the Republic. During his time training he learnt Naval Warfare and the detailed plans the Republic had on situations involving warship on warship combat, he learnt how to command and run a Command Deck as an operator, to organise an efficient and effective crew, and how to write and format reports for Command correctly and neatly. Once completing his training with full marks, High Command set his commission to the Venator Class Ship, The Resolute, who was captained by Wullf Yularen. Robert proved himself capable again and again to his Subordinates who didn't trust him due to his Age and low Rank, and his Superiors, who had the same issue with his Age. Upon getting older some Vices did start taking hold of Robert, such as Drinking, Gambling and Caffeine. Robert would be seen drinking Coffee every chance of the day, to keep him awake and alert, and would get Grumpy and Aggravated if he did not have his Caffeine. After his shift was done, he could be found in the nearest Bar, drinking till he can't remember the Night, or slipping Alcohol into his Coffee to keep him going. It was a product of his Age and Numbness to war, he required Stimulants to keep him going. Robert also suffered from Minor PTSD, a common issue with human conscripts in the Republic Army who saw numerous combat missions. As such at night he would wake up in places he didnt fall asleep, he would shake and yell in his sleep, and would daze off, unfocused for a few minutes. He refused to seek Medical help for his condition as he believed High Command would use it as an excuse to Medically Discharge him from Service, so he covered it up as well as he could, locking his doors and keeping a tracker on himself, to see where he went and how to get back. There is no rule stating that I need to undergo treatment if I get killed with an explosive. If there was it would ruin and slow down most RP. You can't expect full realism when playing the server, if you want to push the point of having to do RP for every wound, then bacta stims and grenades wouldn't make sense as well and we all know how the server would be like if medics had to do a but load of rp just to heal us. Also to reiterate there is no rule stating I couldn't get revived in this situation. This mentality is horrible to have in a staff team. It is up to management to decide on rules not on the moderation team. Having this mentality can lead to false warns, like this one, and false bans and would have everyone walking on tip toes trying not to cross lines that aren't even drawn. Also, for full transparency, Chimera Squad was involved in the situation aiding 703rd in the jail break. Vexious is the Lead of Chimera Squad.
