How do you deal with this? : I would ask the person in their dms asking what part of ISB isnt fun and ask for some feedback to try and improve the aspect of ISB that they find not fun You receive a report about one of your officers from a commander within the army that they have been abusing their equipment using cuffs without reason on their troopers and others. How do you deal with this? : I would first ask them why they are abusing their equipment and if they dont provide a valid reason giving them a strike in and a rank demotion to show them that being a minge has consequences.  You attempt to punish someone with a Name PK but it doesn't go your way. How would you respond to this even though you are certain that they should of been punished? : The first thing I would do would to not try and start yelling and accept the outcome of what happened then I would try and figure out a different punishment for what they have done. You see a member of Imperial Intelligence do something you would deem arrest worthy but they are about to do briefing for an event. How do you handle this? : I would wait until after the briefing as doing briefings is their main job basically and once the task force is moving out to the transport I would arrest them and give them the punishment based of the crime I would also verbally tell them what crime they did and tell them that ( as an EM) that briefing is more important than RP Regiment questions Do you think ISB needs any major changes and if so what and how would you implement them? : Currently the main issue with ISB is the activity of everyone in the regiment as I see about 1 or 2 people play ISB when I am on I would improve this by making sure people get active by mention that if they aren't active with will be removed and also recruit new people into the reg as well. How would you handle recruitment if the regiment starts to dip in activity? : I would first ask everyone in ISB to start being active and put in LOAs if they are needed and with recruitment I would make sure to use the /recruitment chat to make STs or other people know that ISB is looking for people Would you choose to change any of the sub-regiments within the regiment? : I dont see to many issues with the current sub regiments though limiting the slots in COMPFORCE due to how well it can be utilised if it has the current people and mindset and field agents is in a good position currently just getting more people into it How would you work with the rest of security? : I would work with the rest of Sec to try and improve any issues mentioned with feedback and also making sure that Shock and ISB have good relations with each other as sometimes some interactions dont go well as ISB and Shock need to be able to work together as they both deal with security issues How would you choose your second in command? : Choosing someone for the second in command position would be to choose someone that I not only work with well but also active as this would allow for more recruitment to happen. Also they should be likeable by other ISB agents and not be a minge even if I do like them.
