Hello Sir'aura Lot! I mean Kami, It's great to see your interest back into the staff meeting after a week or 2 back on the server. Your Application meets the standard in my opinion and seems eligible enough to get you pass the aplication phase. After seeing you perform as a Moderator role in Voodoo's time it is quite blatant that you have competed an application and trial phase as well as your recent attitude torwards the server has been as good as it was when you were Moderator. The only obvious Con in the room is hanging around a few minges which isn't always the worst like I hang out with myself however sometimes a bad influence can come accross your mind. As for yourself on your attitude as said it is really good and I can see your keen to actually play again however I have seen the mingy side of you during a populated area influenced by some of the people you are around which can happen however it is VITAL to stay away from doing those type of things. For now however I am more inclined by looking at what data I have gathered for a bit of a +1 However this is only what I have seen others may have seen different things. What are your intentions with the staffing role and its in-game abilities and power? I've always enjoyed the immersive experience of Clone Wars RP and appreciate the effort staff members put into maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment. I want to contribute to the community by ensuring the rules are upheld and helping new and veteran players have the best experience possible. My intention is to use the staffing role responsibly, resolving conflicts, assisting in making everyone feel safe and help them to enjoy the time on and handling reports fairly and efficiently. Also include how this will transfer into the staffing role if achieved: Helping others has always been something I enjoy, whether it's guiding new players through the mechanics of the server or assisting others with in-game issues. I believe a strong community thrives when players support each other. As a staff member, I would extend this by ensuring that everyone has a fair and enjoyable RP experience, resolving issues promptly, and helping new players integrate smoothly. My patience and communication skills will allow me to approach situations calmly and professionally. During the trial phase, I would focus on learning from experienced staff members while actively enforcing server rules and maintaining order. My goal would be to ensure a fun and structured environment while demonstrating professionalism and fairness. Additionally, I would assist in organizing and running RP events, bringing creative ideas to enhance immersion and engagement. By staying active and approachable, I hope to improve player retention and overall community satisfaction. Conditions Do you understand that as a member of the Staff Team, your position may be subject to change and/or termination should you not be performing to a given standard? This standard is varied, although a minimum of 20 hours per week is strongly advised. Do you understand that your application’s comments from other staff members are encouraged to be directed as harsh constructive criticism only and should never be intended to insult or discourage? Yes, I understand and accept these conditions. Scenarios A user is RDMing and insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do? After receiving a report via ticket, I would !steamid [user], !bring [SteamID] the reporting user and start by saying "Hello! I see you reported [User] for RDM and Verbal Abuse. Did you capture any clips of it. Was anyone else around to witness this At this point, I would collect this evidence or statements to use. I would then !logs and check the logs of the reported user to corroborate the statement and/or evidence or other players that have been RDM'd Further, I could utilize !administrate ^ and !spectate [SteamID] to watch the offending user and collect more information or watch additional rule breaks. A user has contested a warn you have given them and proceeds to verbally abuse you. What do you do? I would remain calm and professional, reminding them that they can appeal the warning through the proper channels if they believe it was unjustified. If the verbal abuse continues, I would issue a mute or temporary gag to prevent further disruption. If they persist in harassment, I would escalate the situation to higher staff members for further action. A user has threatened to DDoS and take down the server. What do you do? A DDoS threat is a serious offense. I would immediately take screenshots or logs as evidence and issue . I would report the incident to higher staff and provide all necessary details for further investigation. If needed, I would notify server management to ensure security measures are in place. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context of the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? I would calmly intervene and separate both individuals, asking them to step away from the public setting to discuss the matter privately. I would then listen to both sides, mediate the situation, and de-escalate tensions. If the dispute is affecting roleplay or server order, I would involve higher-ranking leadership to find a resolution. A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He doesn't appear to have any intent to roleplay. What do you do? I would teleport to the Cadet and explain the importance of training before participating in the RP experience. I would then attempt to find a trainer for them or, if no one is available, guide them through the process myself. If they continue refusing to cooperate and show no intent to RP, I would warn them about breaking server rules and potentially kick them if they persist. You notice a staff member abusing their permissions within the server. What do you do? I would document the situation with screenshots or video evidence and report it to senior staff or management. If the abuse is severe and negatively affecting players, I would immediately inform higher-ups to take appropriate action. My goal would be to ensure fair play and maintain the integrity of the staff team. You get a report about a player abusing their tools and prop killing. What do you do? I would teleport to the scene and observe the player’s actions. If evidence confirms prop killing, I would immediately freeze them, issue a warning, and remove their tool privileges if necessary. If they continue after being warned, I would escalate to a kick or temporary ban depending on the severity. Conclusion I believe I would be a great addition to the staff team due to my dedication, patience, and passion for maintaining a high-quality RP experience.
